Incline Walking, with Abs and Legs WOD

Yesterday the boys were out of school for MLK Day. After feeding them breakfast and sending them outside to play I hit our home gym.

I started with a 30 minute incline walking treadmill workout. Honestly I think the easiest part of this workout turned out to be the 5 minute run thrown in the middle. My glutes were screaming and my arms were pumping towards the end.

After that butt kicking warm up I hit my legs and abs.  This was a tough one!  I did not rest between exercises, just moved from one to the next, trying to keep my heart rate up.  Everything was shaking, the last 50 seconds of pulse lunges and 10 push-ups are brutal.

After that workout out it was time for a Chocolate PB Banana Protein recovery shake and some BCAAs.
